Trading

Trading takes place via a manual system which incorporates direct bilateral negotiations between market participants.

La Concorde will compile a database with contact details of willing buyers and sellers and distribute this list on a regular basis to all parties included on this list. Willing buyers and sellers are required to contact each other directly to conclude share trading transactions. The information in the list of willing buyers and willing sellers is not formal bids and offers and is not legally binding on any party. The bids/offers in the list is merely an indication of prices and quantities available and is open to negotiation between willing buyers and willing sellers. Willing buyers and sellers can at any stage withdraw their bids or offers without consequence. La Concorde Holdings Limited cannot be held liable for any information provided in the distribution list.

If you wish to add your name to the list as a current willing buyer or seller, please send an email to info@laconcordeholdings.co.za with the following information:

• Name and surname
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Volume to buy/sell
• Price at which to buy/sell

By sending this information to info@laconcordeholdings.co.za you are consenting to La Concorde distributing this information to other willing buyers and sellers.

• Personal information collected will be used only for the purpose described here and is disclosed on a voluntary basis;
• Information collected is treated as confidential and will only be distributed to other willing buyers and sellers currently on the database.
